  • Length Cuts

We can cut your balusters to length to ensure they fit properly in your staircase or railing project.

  • Angle Cuts

Angle cuts are recommended for sloping handrails to ensure the balusters fit perfectly with the handrail.

If you need help measuring the angle, please text or call Andrew at 647-354-5506 or send a message through our online contact form.

  • Threaded holes (drill & tap) are needed if you are installing using a metal bar that is used to secure the balusters that sits under the wooden handrail. Threaded holes are 1/4"-20. If you need compatible screws, you find them here.

  • We can drill & tap balusters if it's angled at the top or if it's flat (landing).

  • Drilled thru holes with a countersink are needed if you are securing the balusters directly into the wooden handrail without the use of a metal bar. Counter sunk thru holes are 7/32". If you need compatible wood screws, you can find them here.

  • We can drill countersunk thru holes if it's angled at the top or if its flat (landing).

  • Powder coating is not strictly necessary, but it is highly recommended for balusters. Powder coating is used for aesthetic appeal and as a protective layer. It is applied as a dry powder and cured under heat. It provides a tougher finish than traditional paints and is more resistant to scratching, chipping, and fading.

  • Our powder coating services come in a variety of colors, with custom colors available upon request. With a large oven measuring 14' x 6' x 8' (L x W x H), we can accommodate oversized parts.
