Refund and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, accommodating both defective and non-defective products. For exchanges, items can be new or slightly used. Please contact us promptly to address any issues or to initiate an exchange or return.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Method
All returns and exchanges must be conducted by mail. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at andrew.pho@bmdmetalproducts.com. Send your items to the following address: 53 Bakersfield Street, 7, North York, ON, M3J 1Z4, Canada.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for obtaining their return shipping label. Items must be sent back to us with a trackable shipping service. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
